What Promineo does

Promineo compares resource availability with project workload and shows you the gap between them:

• Resource need — the demand your projects create, expressed as Project Position.
• Resource availability — the people in your organization and how much of their time is free.

Every project describes what it needs as a Project Role over a time period at a certain effort (a Project Position). Every organization unit says which people belong to it and which Project Role each person can fill. Promineo lines these two sides up so you can answer questions like "do we have a Civil Engineer free in April?" or "which of my people are over-assigned next month?" at any level of the organization.

Why this matters

Most teams plan staffing in spreadsheets that go stale the moment a project shifts. Promineo keeps demand and Availability in one live model, so you get full visibility into gaps between what projects need and who is free — by organization unit, Project Role, project, and person.
