Subscription

Your organization's subscription decides how long you keep access to Promineo. Promineo is currently in beta and your organization is on a free trial, so nothing is being charged today. A paid subscription will be introduced later — this chapter tells you what to expect.

What it will cost

When paid subscriptions start, you will pay for each person you plan — EUR 4 per planned person per month.

What counts as a planned person

You pay for the people you are planning now and into the future. You do not pay for people who have left your organization, and you do not pay for work that is already behind you — historical records stay in Promineo without adding to your cost.

Where to find it

Your subscription status sits in the account menu in the top-right corner. Under Organization you will see the plan you are on, how many days are left on it, and the date it ends.

Only organization owners and administrators can see this.

When your trial ends

Your trial can be extended. The paid subscription model is not ready yet, and we will not let that interrupt your work — we will be in touch before your end date, and you can contact your Promineo representative at any time.

Your data is not deleted when a trial ends. We keep it for another 6 months while you decide whether to extend your trial or move to a paid subscription. If you would rather your data was removed, you can delete it yourself at any time under Manage organization in the account menu.

What is still being decided

The subscription model is not final yet. There will be more than one subscription variant, so what is included may depend on the one you choose. This chapter will be updated once the model is settled.

Your Promineo representative can talk you through what would apply to your organization, and answer anything this chapter does not yet cover.
