What you see

Each row is a Project Role: its title, a description, whether it's active, the people who hold it as a Competence, and the organization units that provide it. Add Role creates one; the Active toggle retires a role without deleting its history.

Why it matters

A Project Role is the pivot of the whole model. Projects request a role, not a person (Project Position); organization units declare which roles they provide; people declare which roles they can fill as their Competence. Because all three reference the same catalogue, Promineo can route a request to the right unit and flag a Skill gap when someone is assigned to a role they don't hold. Define your roles once here, keep the list tight and meaningful, and everything downstream lines up.
